  2. Click here to install Yontoo.
  3. A group of windows will appear in your browser window:

    For Internet Explorer: Click "Run", "Run", "Continue", "Next", "Install", and "Finish."

    For Firefox: Click "Save", double-click "YontooClientSetup" in the dialog box, "Ok", "Continue", "Next", "Install", and "Finish."

    For Chrome: A download bar will appear at the bottom of the screen. Click the downloaded file icon at the bottom of the screen. Click ‘Yes’ to allow Yontoo to make changes to your computer. To begin installation, click ‘Next’ and then ‘Install.’

  4. After the download process is complete, your browser will restart. You should see a new page that says "Success!"

Yontoo works on both Windows and Mac computers. On Windows, we currently support Firefox 3.5 and later versions, Internet Explorer 7 and later versions, and Google Chrome 9.0 and later versions. On the Mac, we support Firefox 3.5 and later versions.

First, ensure you have third party cookies accepted.

For Internet Explorer, go to Tools > Internet Options. Click the "Privacy" tab. Click "Advanced" tab and select "Accept" under Third-party Cookies.

For Firefox, go to Tools > Options. Click the "Privacy" tab. Click "Firefox will" and select "Use custom settings for history". In the next window, select "Accept third party cookies. Click OK.

For Google Chrome, Check to make sure that cookies are being accepted. Go to the wrench icon in the upper right-hand corner > Options > Under the Hood > Content Settings, under the Cookies Content Setting, be sure that “Allow local data to be set (Recommended)” is already selected. Always good to double check!

If this does not fix the problem, check your browser Add-ons to see if Yontoo is showing up and is enabled.

Lastly, try to re-install the Yontoo browser plug-in. If the issues still persist, contact support for further assistance.

This is unfortunately an all-too common problem (especially in Internet Explorer), due to the frequent upgrades put out by Microsoft, Mozilla, and Google. Lucky for you, we're putting out upgrades as fast as they are! Re-Install the Yontoo browser Plug-In. Our most recent upgrade should have you covered!

Yes, because all of the edits and changes made to Yontoo are stored within our servers. All of your changes and edits will show up on any computer with Yontoo installed. Remember, Yontoo is only available for Firefox 3.5 and later versions, Internet Explorer 7 and later versions, and Google Chrome 9.0 and later versions.

The Yontoo Platform currently supports the following Yontoo Apps: PageRage, Buzzdock, BestVideoDownloader, and Drop Down Deals. To enable or disable any of these apps, visit Yontoo.com and navigate to the App Market page to turn apps ‘On’ or ‘Off’ depending on preference. Apps that are already enabled will be checked coupled with an “On” switch. If Apps are disabled, they will be unchecked and coupled with an ‘Off’ switch.

To enable or disable from Internet Explorer: In the top menu, go to Tools > Manage Add-ons > Enable or Disable Add-ons and click Enable or Disable next to 'Yontoo'. The aforementioned steps will also automatically disable the 'Yontoo API'.

To enable or disable from Firefox: In the top menu, go to Tools > Add-ons. Select the Yontoo logo and then click Enable or Disable.

To enable or disable from Google Chrome: To enable or disable from Google Chrome: Go to the wrench icon in the upper right-hand corner > Tools > Extensions > Click ‘Enable’ or ‘Disable’ under ‘Yontoo’

NOTE: Uninstalling Yontoo will make ALL Platform Apps cease to function!

If there's a single piece of functionality you no longer want, but still want to use others, consider disabling the specific Yontoo App individually.

Uninstall from Internet Explorer, Firefox or Google Chrome (PC): Go to the Windows Start Menu and then to Control Panel > Add/Remove ("Programs & Features" in Vista/Windows 7) and click "Remove" next to 'Yontoo'.

Uninstall from Firefox or Google Chrome (Mac): In the top menu, go to Tools > Add-ons. Select the Yontoo logo and then click Uninstall. Note: You cannot uninstall from PC with these steps, see instructions above for PC.
